Journey north along the Kohala Coast, rounding the north side of the island you will go from the Leeward side (dry side) of the Island to the Wayward side(wet side). Explore the amazing Town of Hawi or head straight to the magnificent Pololu Valley lookout. Your return from Hawi, will take about an hour over a stunning 3,000 foot elevated mountain road (HWY 250).

Rider Requirements
We require all of our customers to meet the following general requirements:
- You must have a current, valid U.S. or State, or International drivers license.
- All drivers are required to be 21+ years of age with a valid driver’s license from any country. (21 – 24 have additional surcharge.)
- Insurance
We will cover your Polaris Slingshot Rental with our comprehensive insurance policy so that you will be protected in the event of an unlikely accident. We have partnered with an industry-leading insurance provider to make sure that our renters are fully covered while on their ride. The state statutory limits of this coverage are as follows:
– Bodily Injury $30,000 per person
– $60,000 per accident
– Property Damage $25,000 - You agree not to allow anyone other than yourself or other authorized renters under your rental agreement to operate your rental slingshot.
- You must leave $1,500 refundable deposit which will be refunded upon return of vehicle.
- $100 per hour late charge.
In the unlikely event you have any issues during your rental, we are on stand-by 24/7 to help out. - NO burnouts or NO donuts will be tolerated. We record the tire thread counts and will bill customer for new tire(s) if there is any signs of such action.
Items to Bring
- Weather can change quickly on the Big Island as it has 8 of the world’s 13 climate zones. Dress in layers, having a hoodie or lightweight jacket just incase.
- Snacks, water and reef-safe sunscreen are great items to bring. There is storage for a backpack or beach bag on the slingshot.
- On an Island surrounded by the ocean, bringing a towel or two is a great idea.
Nani Wailele (Beautiful waterfal) Tour (8 Hours)

From Kona to Hilo, your journey progress from sea-level to an elevation of 6,632 feet, accelarating across Saddle Road (HWY 200) taking in the breathtaking views between Mauna Loa & Mauna Kea. The Nani Wailele Tour focuses on the Big Island’s most magnificently beautiful waterfalls.
Begin with a trek to the east side of the island on Saddle Road. On the east side of the island you will stop first at Rainbow Falls. Next head north of Hilo on Highway 19, the Belt Road on the Hamakua Coast can provide some amazing and spontaneous falling waterfalls in the jungle viewable from the road. The massive 400 foot tall Akaka Falls is the behemoth everyone wants to see, however, do not miss out on other gorgeous ones such as Pe’epe’e Falls, or Onomea Falls. Before heading home enjoy some fresh and delicious Malasadas at World Famous Tex’s Drive-In or take them to Waipio Valley Lookout. Remember traveling from the Leeward to the Wayward side of the island can mean frequent weather changes, so it is a great idea to bring a jacket or hoodie.

Beaches & Volcano Tour

Your journey starts at the base of Hualālai, Hawaii’s third-tallest, third-youngest, third-most active, and second-smallest volcano. Wrapping around the southern tip of the island you will be cruising in the shadows of Mauna Loa, the Earth’s largest active volcano. Stop off for a plunge at Papakōlea Green Sand Beach and / or Punaluʻu Black Sand Beach before heading into the 323,000 acres of Volcanoes National Park, home to Kīlauea, one of the most active volcanoes in the world. Enjoy steam vents, the Thurston Lava Tube (Nāhuku), and the Jaggar Museum, which features volcanology exhibits and a viewpoint overlooking Halema’uma’u Crater. Return back the same way or venture across 6,632 foot tall Saddle Road, where will see your 4th volcano, Mauna Kea.
